The friction stabilization anchor is a new type of anchor that provides full-length anchoring and active reinforcement of the surrounding rock.

When installed in a borehole slightly smaller than the tubing diameter, the anchor rod immediately applies radial pressure throughout the entire length of the borehole, preventing the surrounding rock from sliding downward.
